Massive Dynamic Limited does NOT provide remittance services, money changing services, foreign exchange services, or operate stored value facilities. Fees paid by clients are received as revenue for administrative facilitation services and recognized in the Company's operating account, not in any escrow, trust, or segregated client account. Any payments made by the Company to Third-Party Providers are paid from the Company's operating funds as part of service delivery, not as transit funds or remittance on behalf of clients.

Not a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP)

Massive Dynamic Limited does NOT hold a TCSP licence under Hong Kong's AMLO Cap. 615 and therefore does NOT directly provide:

Hong Kong company formation services
Nominee director or nominee shareholder services
Registered office, business address, or correspondence address services for clients
Company secretarial services

Where clients require such services, Massive Dynamic refers them to licensed TCSP partners listed on the Hong Kong Companies Registry public register. All TCSP-regulated services are delivered under separate agreements between the client and the licensed provider, and Massive Dynamic's role is limited to referral and administrative coordination.

Invoices include: "Reverse charge — VAT to be accounted for by the recipient (Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC)". The Client's VAT number is verified via VIES at the time of invoicing.

B2C Services to EU Individuals:
Immigration consulting, documentation facilitation, and administrative coordination services to EU-resident individuals are not classified as "telecommunications, broadcasting, and electronically supplied services" (TBE) and therefore fall outside the EU OSS/B2C VAT scope. The place of supply is Hong Kong (origin), and Hong Kong does not impose VAT/GST. Clients are advised to verify their personal tax obligations in their country of residence.

Note: Where the Company supplies digital products or electronically supplied services (e.g., SaaS subscriptions) to EU consumers, the Company applies the relevant EU VAT regime, including OSS registration where the annual threshold is exceeded. Clients in scope receive VAT-inclusive invoices.
